About us

We are Jamie and Jane, a newly-married shearer husband and artist wife team, living in the Swan Valley with our menagerie of woolly and furry animals.

Being a shearer, the only thing Jamie insisted on when we were planning our farm wedding in early 2023 was that it should take place in a shearing shed. Jane came up with the idea of including bales of wool in our wedding ceremony decor when she was searching for the perfect something that would elevate our special day to a whole new level of authentic rustic charm.

With Jamie having brought home the wool from his local shearing runs, Jane then squirrelled away in the wool shed, hand-stencilling our names, initials and wedding date, creating the personal touch that our guests have not stopped talking about!

All our authentic upcycled bales are filled with beautiful Merino wool collected from Jamie’s local shearing runs and are made pretty with your choice of stencilling by Jane in our wool shed. We love reusing materials that might otherwise be discarded and are always mindful of being as sustainable and eco-friendly as possible.
